Broken Heart Syndrome- Symptoms

What's scary about this condition is that the symptoms are close to that of a heart attack patient. Arguably, there could be hundreds of thousands of "heart attack" patients who really suffer from the less debilitating Stress Cardiomyopathy. Symptoms include chest tension, stomach pain, headache, nausea, and fatigue. Also, there can be a lack of sleep/hunger/self-esteem; patients may be hopeless or apathetic. There is also a sense of loneliness, hatred and despair. And in the most extreme cases, psychological & physiological illness may ensue and lead to suicidal thoughts/attempts and death.
